  4. USE AND TRANSMISSION OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA WHEN APPLYING FOR A JOB

    a. What types of data we collect:

    In the recruitment process, we collect various data to present your application to NEOCONNECTION’s client companies looking for candidates for open positions.

    • Name

    • First name

    • Postal code

    • City

    • Email

    • Previous experience details (industry sectors, employers, positions, responsibilities, goals, results…)

    • Education (diploma or non-diploma training)

    • Interests and activities

    • Language skills

    • Current salary and salary expectations

    • Motivation and career goals

    • LinkedIn URL and page

    • Any other information from your CV

    b. Why we collect them:

    To meet the needs of NEOCONNECTION’s clients and ensure an ideal match between the candidate’s profile and the company’s requirements.

    c. How we collect and store them:

    We collect these data through your CV, public information shared on social media, and any other information obtained through our interactions.

    These data are stored using Zoho Recruit’s ATS (Applicant Tracking System), along with other external apps integrated with Zoho Recruit, and are shared with our clients once your consent is obtained for transmitting your application.

    d. Data retention:

    Once collected, and according to the law, we will ask for your consent to store your data and CV. If you do not request the deletion of your file, your data will automatically be deleted 2 years after our last contact. Only your formal consent will allow longer retention.

    e. Transmission of your personal data:

    As mentioned above, your data and CV may be transmitted to our clients looking for profiles similar to yours. However, no information or document concerning you will be transmitted to third-party companies, including clients, without your prior consent. This consent will be requested after providing you with all the information regarding the position, its responsibilities, the company, and its identity (unless a confidentiality clause applies). You will know exactly where your application was submitted.

    f. Your control over your data:

    For any application in our database, you can request a file containing all personal data we hold about you, including the data you provided. You can also request the deletion of your personal data. This does not include data stored for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

    g. Modifying and updating your data:

    If you wish to access, update, or correct your data in our system, please log in to your profile here: http://bit.ly/2ztdk7J using your email address.

    h. Deleting your data:

    If you wish for us to erase all your information in our system, simply click on this pre-filled email and we will take care of it. However, as we will no longer have access to your information, you will need to keep an eye on job offers and reapply if a position interests you.

    In the event of a data breach, the following procedure will be followed:

    • Detect the incident as soon as possible

    • If data leakage or publication occurs, prevent further leakage by disabling systems proactively to limit the impact

    • Quickly back up systems

    • Delete or inform the relevant person if data is in an inappropriate place

    • Ensure the data processed is still accurate

    • Determine the cause of the issue

    • Consider improvements in the organization, systems, applications, and working methods to prevent the issue from reoccurring

    • Assess the real or potential impact of the incident

    • If necessary, report the data breach to the Privacy Protection Commission or affected individuals

    • Record the incident in the internal log

    • If the incident seems criminal, initiate legal proceedings
